These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between 789e Casino (referred to herein as "789e," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual (referred to as "Player," "you," or "your") who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the 789e platform available at 789e.biz and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or related services.

• "Account" — A registered, individual player account created on the 789e platform using a valid Philippine mobile number and/or email address.
• "Balance" — The total amount of real-money Philippine Peso funds held in a Player's 789e account, excluding any uncleared bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — Any promotional funds, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to an account as part of a 789e promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become available for withdrawal.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 789e account. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 789e will suspend all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them upon detection of duplicate accounts.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You must provide your real full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789e login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 789e will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify 789e immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 789e shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All 789e accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 789e does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, balances, bonuses, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by 789e on GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank transactions.

789e is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a regulatory requirement and a core security measure designed to protect players from fraud and unauthorized account access.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's license, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. The following terms govern deposits to your 789e account:

• The minimum deposit at 789e is ₱100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although individual payment method providers may impose their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. 789e does not charge fees on standard deposits. Bank-side transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your 789e account. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

• 789e reserves the right to reject a deposit or place a temporary hold on funds if there are reasonable grounds to suspect the deposit originates from fraudulent activity or a compromised payment account.

The following terms govern withdrawal requests from your 789e account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount at 789e is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified 789e account (KYC complete). Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending successful identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to exceptions at 789e's discretion where a payment method is no longer active.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers are processed same business day when submitted during Philippine banking hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PHL time).
• 789e does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashouts. Receiving bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are determined by the payment provider and are outside 789e's control.
• 789e reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests or on accounts exhibiting unusual withdrawal patterns. Such reviews may extend processing times temporarily. 789e will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. The status of your bonus wagering progress is visible in real-time within your 789e account dashboard.

789e offers various bonus and promotional programs to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as specific terms published for each individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by 789e carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived therefrom) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering on prohibited game types (typically live table games, unless explicitly permitted) will not count toward the wagering requirement.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

789e reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to drain bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All 789e bonus credits have an expiry period from the time of award. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been wagered through within 7 calendar days of issuance will be automatically voided from the account.

8.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only — a player subject to self-exclusion is not eligible for promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• 789e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
• In the event of a conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all 789e games and betting products. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game interface or help section:

• All 789e slot games and instant games use certified random number generation (RNG) from audited third-party providers. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by 789e or by players through any external means.
• Live dealer games at 789e use physical equipment — real card shoes, real roulette wheels — operated by professional live dealers in purpose-built studios. Game results are determined by the physical outcome observed on camera.
• Sports betting odds at 789e are determined by 789e's sportsbook team and third-party odds providers. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the quoted odds are locked for that wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 789e and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with 789e games, betting markets, or account functions.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live table games, or any other game where player interaction may affect outcomes.
• Registering or operating more than one 789e account, whether personally or through a proxy or third party.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in 789e games or systems for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to 789e support immediately.
• Depositing funds through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods, including unauthorized use of another person's GCash, PayMaya, or bank account.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through 789e that is designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback on deposits made to 789e.
• Using 789e in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or money laundering under Philippine law.

789e is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming features and policies are in place across the 789e platform:

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

All players have immediate access to the following tools from within their 789e account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes) to prompt awareness of time spent on the platform.

11.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

If 789e has reason to believe an account holder is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, service marks, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 789e platform are the property of 789e or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 789e platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any 789e content outside of your personal use;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any 789e software or game systems;
• Use the 789e brand, name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorization from 789e.

Any unauthorized use of 789e intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the offending party to legal action under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789e's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the 789e platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified account balance at the time the liability arose.

789e shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity interruptions, or server downtime outside 789e's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials or your voluntary sharing of account access with a third party;
• Changes in the value of any currency, including Philippine Peso, that affect the real-world value of your account balance;
• Any gaming losses incurred while using the 789e platform in the ordinary course of gameplay — all gambling involves risk and 789e does not guarantee winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 789e's liability for death or personal injury caused by 789e's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

789e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Detection of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity in connection with the account;
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested;
• Request by the player to close their account (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the player's breach of these Terms, 789e reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account as damages, subject to applicable Philippine law. Upon voluntary account closure or closure for reasons not attributable to player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be refunded to the player's last used Philippine payment method within 10 business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any 789e transaction, game outcome, bonus decision, or account action, you should contact 789e's customer support team as the first step. 789e's support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat within the platform and will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt.

789e aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex disputes involving large amounts or technical investigation may take up to 14 business days. 789e will communicate progress updates to the player throughout the resolution process.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through 789e's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines. 789e commits to cooperating fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process arising from a player complaint.

Any unresolved dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of such disputes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

789e reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to grammar, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term, or additions of new game-type rules) may take effect immediately upon posting to the 789e website without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 789e platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using 789e and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
